Gurudwara Sadhu Bela, Sukkur
This sacred shrine is on an islet in the River Indus flowing
between Rohri and Sukkur. After crossing Rohri bridge a road runs
along the river towards Sukkur. Walking along this road a very big
and spacious building is seen in a grove of trees on the left hand
side. This is the shrine of Sadhu Bela. This shrine can only be
reached by a boat which lands right at
the main gate of the shrine.

Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical
College
This Medical College was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Sindh on
2nd September 2003, and Sardar Ghulam Muhammad Khan Mahar Medical College Sukkur
started functioning from 15th October
2003, for the session 2003-2004 in the
Health Technician School Building.

Sukkur city is in Southeastern Pakistan in Sindh
Province, on the Indus River. It covers an area
of 5,165 square kilometers. Geographically it is
spanned from 27°05' to 28°02' north latitudes
and from 68°47' to 69°43' east longitudes. The
city of Sukkur is located at an altitude of 220
feet (67 m) from sea level, having terrestrial
coordinates 68°52' east and 27°42' north. It is
also the narrowest point of the lower Indus
course.
